Presenter Guidelines
Things To Know
Oral Presentation
Please prepare your slides using PowerPoint. We encourage you to use the computer supplied by us (a Windows 10 laptop). If necessary, it will also be possible to use your own laptop (Windows or Mac).
Keynote Presentations
Length of presentation is 25 minutes in total. Please allow 22 min for your talk and 3 min for Introductions and Q&A.
Oral Presentations selected from Submissions
Length of presentation is 20 minutes in total. Please allow 17 min for your talk and 3 min for Introductions and Q&A.
Poster Presentation
Posters should be placed on the poster boards by 8pm Wednesday.
Authors must be present from 9pm to 11pm Thursday.
All posters must be taken down before noon on Friday.
Take note of the diagram of a typical poster board.
